About Rhonda's Professional Experience
In 2003 Rhonda started working for SJI Financial. She worked her way up from Office Manager to Financial Advisor, obtaining her licenses 2013. She now runs the Farmington Branch office for SJI Financial Services. She currently holds the Series 6, 7, 65 and 63 through LPL Financial.
Rhonda joined the Navy to see the world, or at least Navy bases.
- Fun fact: 6 U.S. presidents served in the Navy during WWII
- Funner fact: every president from 1961 to 1993 save for Ronald Reagan was a Navy veteran! As, of course, was Arizona’s presidential 2008 candidate John McCain.
She attended the School for Data System Technicians (which means she can repair computers). She graduated from Pima Community College Paralegal Associates w/Honors – 2003.

Meet Rhonda After Hours
Rhonda was born and raised in the tiny mining town of Bagdad, Arizona. Her high school graduating class had only 22 students. She married Sean Murphy (also active duty in the Navy) while stationed in San Francisco and they moved around the country while having 3 kids (two boys, 1 girl).
They settled in Tucson in 1998 at which time their kids informed them they were done moving. Rhonda’s family had lived in 6 states and moved 22 times within those states. She has 5 grandkids (4 girls, 1 boy)
Rhonda is a voracious reader – having completed 2,000+ books and loves to bake (ask to try her awesome cinnamon rolls!)

- Funner fact: The Lord of The Rings is #3
- Fun fact: cinnamon rolls were originally created in Sweden (in the 1920's), not Cinnabon!
